Comments:
Usually have some sort of offer on the go and generally worth a try. Bad feedback from clients with Post Office on claims handling, very strange system of calling what appears to be legal protection company before being put through to the relevant claims department, probably to ascertain if they can cream some personal injury business. Always seems to be high rate phone numbers and long waiting times, not very good.

Company summary:

• OK for over 30 years of age on normal cars. Under 21's forget it.

• Courtesy car always included and excess specified is total amount.

• Too expensive on breakdown cover and legal protection.

• Reports from clients on claims service... not very good!
