Comments:
Look closely at your renewal as better alternatives are available. Good value for over 40's with full bonus. Excellent offer of free breakdown with Green Flag.

Company summary:

• Excellent for drivers over 35 years of age on normal cars.

• Courtesy car always included on comprehensive.

• Very good for young additional drivers on mature driver policy.

• Prudential are now charging £10 for windscreen repairs (previously free).

• The Direct Line Group have a habit of increasing compulsory excess at renewal without properly explaining or highligting this on the renewal notice. They also impose automatic renewal of policies without properly telling their client.

• Named drivers now earn no claims bonus with the Direct Line Group.

• Prudential are not reducing no claims bonus if the vehicle is damaged due to vandalisim.
